To complete your registration, please fill out the registration forms located at the following link, and send them with a tuition check to Valley Church at 10885 N. Stelling Road, Cupertino CA 95014.

Checks should be made payable to VALLEY CHURCH, with "Chrysalis Youth Theatre" in the memo line.

Once we receive your registration forms and tuition check, we will send you a confirmation email with more information about the location and process for auditions. We do plan on casting every student who auditions for this production.
